Shipping policy
The following shipping conditions apply:
Delivery is within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs include VAT.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €49.
Deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs to EU countries depend on the respective shipping zone and apply up to a maximum weight of 10 kg:

Countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
EU Zone 2:

Countries: Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
EU Zone 3:

Countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus
EU Scandinavian Zone:

Countries: Sweden, Finland
Delivery times:
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered:
- Domestically (Germany) within 2-3 business days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
- To other EU countries (Zones 1-3, Scandi) within 6-10 business days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
